Welcome to Fair Isle Tours (“the Site”). We provide a way for you to communicate your bookings/orders (“Booking or Orders“) for services (“Services“) for transportation, trips, journeys etc from Fair Isle Tours (“Business“) displayed on the Website (the “Service“).
The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of services from FairIsleTours.com Limited (“the Company”). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.


Unless you indicate otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the Site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its the control. Tobacco and alcohol are not available for sale to persons under the age of 18 years. It is the policy of FairIsleTours.com to ensure that all bookings/orders are processed in an efficient manner. To this end it is our policy that we do not exchange or barter any other item that may come in contact with any such person(s). The Company reserves the right to refuse to service any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. Every effort will be made to provide and deliver your service in a prompt and efficient manner, however this can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we provide an indication of typical journey times (delivery/collection times), specific absolute travel times cannot be guaranteed.
Travel/journeys shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an booking/your order) but only to reflect a change in cost. Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after the booking/order has been placed – please check all details before submitting your order. Please note FairIsleTours.com cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions affecting our service.
You are responsible for providing a full and accurate address & valid contact telephone number. We will only call the number provided if direction for verification purposes only.


FairIsleTours.com accepts payment online by PayPal, VISA (Credit/Debit/3V/Pre-pay) & MasterCard (Credit/Debit/Pre-pay). VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. If you pay by credit or debit card, you may be required to show the card as proof of identification and so that they can check that the card conforms with the receipt data for the Booking/Order. Please note that from time to time there may be delays with the processing of card payments and transactions; this may result in payments taking up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit or debit card.


By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to receiving our automated review emails. These emails are sent 24 hours after you place a successful order on FairIsleTours.com asking to leave a brief review outlining your experience. These reviews are optional.


The Reviews and other Visitor Material contained on the Site are for information purposes only and do not constitute advice from us. Reviews and Visitor Material reflect the opinions of customers who have ordered through the Website or other third parties, and any statements, advice or opinions provided by such persons are theirs only. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we assume no responsibility or liability to any person for any Reviews or other Visitor Material, including without limitation any mistakes, defamation, obscenity, omissions or falsehoods that you may encounter in any such materials.


Please note that for occasional photographic purposes stock imagery may be used. This should be regarded as representation and not accurate.


Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar tax.


No discount codes provided by FairIsleTours.com Online are valid on cash orders. Discounts can only be used for Credit / Debit Card, PayPal & orders. Codes are strictly limited to one per household (address). All codes are restricted at the discretion of FairIsleTours.com. Each code will be displayed with its own expiry date. FairIsleTours.com reserves the right to cancel orders indiscriminately on suspicion of attempted abuse.

FairIsleTours.com reserves the right to take all necessary measures available to ban / block / blacklist and prevent any activity it believes to be fraudulent, suspicious, deceptive or abusive. If such behaviour is detected, FairIsleTours.com will immediately suspend the suspected customer account and associated accounts, and take all necessary actions to prevent further use. This also includes voucher abuse activity. FairIsleTours.com reserves the right to withhold all necessary bookings/orders and transactional data to pass onto the relevant authorities if required.


The “Site” total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Service or the Website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed twice the value of your Order or €100, whichever is lower.


These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes or claims arising in connection with these Website Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
